The first batch was a little heavy on the cinnamon for me . The second batch I halved the cinn. and replaced it with ground ginger, I also did not use any hot sauce, however I did double the chile powder I also did not roast the peppers.just cut them the same size as the onions and cooked them along with the onions. For me and my crew we liked the second batch a lot better. It is also good on hambergers, chicken, pork chops, and just about anything else you grill.

this is a great dog .except there picture posted looks nothing like what i made. looks like they added other stuff that wasn't in the recipe i followed . but over all it was a great hot dog.

I went to Manasuan HS,NJ.Now in I'm in Northern Va. I miss the hard rolls,rye bread,pizza , subs, this is a great recipe for hot dogs ! Thanks Bobby! E. Nelson

Liked everything about this Hot Dog. I didn't use as much (1 1/2tsp.horeseradish...Bobby's recipe calls for 2 tbls. made it a little over powering for the kids...
It was a big hit.
