I guess my oil got too hot and smoke set fire detector off, I tried cooling things down and continue cookking them but we went out for pizza instead... Too bad it wasted good meat. Make sure your oils not too HOT!!!

Absolutely wonderful!! However, instead of frying, I baked it. Took a cut up pork loin and baked at 400 degrees 15 minutes on each side. Came out crispy and extremely tasty!!! THUMBS UP BOBBY!!!

This is not the healthiest way to cook a pork chop... but some times you have to indulge. You can buy pork chops already butterflied at the store to make it easier. It took less than 15 minutes to bread and cook, and was really moist and juicy.

This was so easy I had it done before the guys came home from work. They loved it, my three year old thought it was great and normally he is very picky about what he eats....Thanks so much!
