Wow, I'm making this the third time. I love the combination of spices. The first time I made it according to the directions except I threw it on the BBQ. The second I added broccoli, Today I'm adding broccoli & potatoes. Nice way to get some great heart healthy spices into your foods.

this recipe is absolutely delicious. Tastes like an indian inspired take. Absolutely delicious! I was sorry to have only used 1 head of cauliflower, everyone gobbled it up (including my 6 year old, 3 1/2 year old, and husband. I'm trying it on tofu next. A+

Pretty good, there are a few other Indian cauliflower recipes that I prefer. This one was really easy to put together though.

I am always trying new ways to cook veggies- blanched, steamed get sooo boring. We don't eat cauliflower very often because of this. This was a great recipe for my family of 4; 2 parents, 15 year old and 23 year old. It was spicy enough to let your taste buds tingle but not so spicy that it brought tears to the eyes! My husband and I really liked it.This will be a " good to" side for me. PS: I keep fresh ginger root in the freezer so I always have some.

This was delicious but I was hoping for more ginger flavor. The jalapeno overwhelmed the dish. Next time, I think I will leave it out (maybe add a bit of crushed red pepper for heat and bump up the amount of ginger. Aside from expecting more ginger flavor, this was a delicious way to prepare cauliflower.
