Delish! Very easy to make. The toasted spices really add wonderful flavor. I didn't have fresh ginger so I drizzled the dish with balsamic vinegar after taking it out of the oven. It was a big hit. This would be a great dish to take to a pot luck, hot or cold.

I adore roasted cauliflower, and have enjoyed playing with this unique spice combination!
I'm interested in the health benefits of turmeric as well, and have written more about it here on my blog: Turmeric: a Spice Worth Knowing (at gwens-nest dot com
I've included a link to this recipe, as well as several others. Thank you, Bobby!

I liked this, but I added too much jalepeno. Next time I will use half the amount.

Wow, I'm making this the third time. I love the combination of spices. The first time I made it according to the directions except I threw it on the BBQ. The second I added broccoli, Today I'm adding broccoli & potatoes. Nice way to get some great heart healthy spices into your foods.

this recipe is absolutely delicious. Tastes like an indian inspired take. Absolutely delicious! I was sorry to have only used 1 head of cauliflower, everyone gobbled it up (including my 6 year old, 3 1/2 year old, and husband. I'm trying it on tofu next. A+

Pretty good, there are a few other Indian cauliflower recipes that I prefer. This one was really easy to put together though.

I am always trying new ways to cook veggies- blanched, steamed get sooo boring. We don't eat cauliflower very often because of this. This was a great recipe for my family of 4; 2 parents, 15 year old and 23 year old. It was spicy enough to let your taste buds tingle but not so spicy that it brought tears to the eyes! My husband and I really liked it.This will be a " good to" side for me. PS: I keep fresh ginger root in the freezer so I always have some.
