This is an excellent recipe. -- You can order the Cazuela at HotPaella.com. I am guessing that he used a 8 1/2 inch one but they come in several sizes, mini ones too. Thanks Bobby for another fantastic recipe.

We had a friend over for dinner and this was perfect. I didn't even strain the oil , just drizzled the entired blended mixture and served it with toasted garlic chips. Didn't add crushed garlic either while roasting the shrimp. My husband loved it !!

I, too, lived in Spain for 3 years and miss the garlic shrimp tapa more than anything. Well, churros, too. Bobby Flay is the bomb! I call him my "boyfriend" and it makes my whole family laugh.

This recipe is probably one of the top 5 I've ever made. Was a HUGE success with my guests. Only change I made was with the red chile oil. My family likes chile and eats a lot of it so when straining, I only strained 50% of the oil and left the blended pieces of chilie and garlic in the other 50% mixing the two portions together. Get a crispy loaf of italian bread! It was amazing!

These shrimp were delicious - I think that they could stand to be a bit spicier, so I'll add some more chiles next time.

Used 2 more chile's and more thyme to cut down on the oil flavor. The the crunchy bread I used the bottom portion of Ciabbata bread and cut into quarters. This was a hit!!
