    I wasn't too impressed with this recipe. And for the most part it was that I am not a wild game meat eater. The sauce was too watery so I added corn starch to thicken and that helped. My wife enjoyed it, but just not a hit at our home.

    This recipe was absolutely spectacular!I was not raised with venison or other game in my food repetoire. My husband is an avid hunter and we are enjoying trying new preparations other then the old, standard "chicken fried". This recipe will convert anyone who claims to dislike venison!
