Yum! The banana adds sweetness without having to add sugar.

Very good, I just added a dash of cinnamon and a bit of agave for my 3yr old. Great way to get her to eat something nutritious.

I added mango, strawberries, blueberries and banana instead of the papaya. My family loved them!!!

On a hot day, I'm making fruit smoothies and NOT opening any soda pop can. This recipe is flexible; so instead of 1 cup milk I use 1 cup orange juice and it's fabulous. Also, I use plain low fat vanilla yogurt and not the fancy Greek yogurt. Instead of papaya, I've used berries and this smoothie is still great! Beat the heat with this drink and serve it up to your friends when they drop by. They'll be impressed!

Great way to get fruit into the family. Really easy to make and yummy. The fruit should be very ripe for sweetness. It's a good way to use a banana that's almost too ripe to eat. I added the whole papaya, because what am I going to do with the other half? I had some mango I added, too, so extra ice to balance that out. I also used regular vanilla yogurt, which I had on hand.

I usually just do a simple smoothie with papaya, milk, ice and a dash of sugar (which is also delicious in its own right but this is definitely a perfect balance of flavors. I added a little light agave nectar for additional sweetness and it was perfecto.

I loved this recipe it had a nice taste but it requires more ingredients to serve for a group... Also to those who think its to bland a little mango. It makes it tart and balances with the flavor of papaya and banana.

Not for me. I need more flavor. This tasted very bland to me. Maybe my papaya wasn't ripe?
