These are awesome! I followed the recipe with the exception of adding more flour. After adding the amount the recipe calls for I found the dough was still too sticky so I added more flour until I got the right texture. They came out wonderful!

They are a bit time consuming with all the back and forth letting the dough rise but they are well worth it. I made them for the first time today for our Thanksgiving dinner. I will definitely be making them again.

I just converted to gas and my new range has both a convection setting and a proofing setting. I couldn't wait to find a recipe for home made bread but was a little intimidated at the same time. This recipe is so easy and so good, i shouldn't have worried. I found it took a little longer to rise than indicated in the recipe but that's probably the climate. In the convection over, they cook at 325 degrees F for about 15 minutes.

I thought these were going to be a disaster, but they were fantastic! I was worried about the dough being so loose, but it turned out fine - I just kept adding flour until it was the right consistency. After punching down the dough, I shaped it into a ball and with a large knife cut it into roll size. I added rosemary, garlic powder and a pinch of kosher salt and pepper to the melted butter and brushed it on top of the hot rolls. Light, airy, yeasty and very flavorful.

These rolls are our Holiday Favorite. But we call them Refrigerator rolls because I do something different that makes a world of difference on the flavor. After the dough rises, I punch it down, grease the top of the dough with Pam and cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, just roll it out, make your rolls and let them warm up and rise before baking.

I made these rolls last night for Thanksgiving, and my husband requested that I make them again today for a Thanksgiving today. Easy to make and they taste great.

Today i decided to try 3 different dinner roll recipes. The first recipe was by Pillsbury, the second was by Martha Stewart and third was this recipe. I asked my family to taste test the 3 types of rolls and the parker house rolls won rave reviews. It had wonderful pillow like texture that just melted in your mouth. It wasn't to sweet and it had way more flavor than the other rolls. Definitely going to be a staple recipe in our house, especially during the holidays.

These are so delicious and requested by my family for the holidays. I bake them in greased muffin pans--the bottoms are a little crispier and the tops are nice and fluffy.
