These were a little disappointing. The dough was EXTREMELY sticky and hard to work with. Once it doubled, it was easy enough to punch it down and form dough balls. They were a good, solid bread to serve with Thanksgiving, and not overly sweet, which was nice, but they lacked flavor. I might add fresh chopped rosemary or another herb to the dough before baking.

I am not a very good baker, but I made these today for Thanksgiving and they turned out so well! I was so proud of these rolls. They required a little extra flour during the kneading process, probably because of the humidity level, but with a little extra flour the dough came together. It was smooth-not sticky at all! Once they were brushed with melted butter they were amazing! I will be making these at every Thanksgiving!

I always have trouble with using yeast but this time it worked perfectly. I had a little more patience with the yeast this time.I did forget to add one of the eggs but it they came out just fine. This recipe is simple and yummy! Thanks Bobby

I made these twice - once as a test run and once for a dinner party this past week. They were perfect! I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of brushing with butter at the end, since I had to transport them. They came out really well and everyone was so impressed with homemade rolls. I used a medium-sized round cookie cutter to cut them - I got 30 the first batch and 40 the second since I let it rise a little longer. I think next time I may try putting a little rosemary in the mix to see how that turns out. Thanks Bobby!

I didn't like this recipe. It was gooey and difficult to work with although in fairness I didn't increase the flour. I was so frustrated with it I stopped making rolls and turned it into pan bread. It was very bland. I won't make it again. My son liked it until he tried the Omni House Rolls by Bobby Flay.

We loved them, my first time making any bun,or bread of any kind and they turned out as good as my moms. they were light fluffy and raised well. Will difinatly make again, and again, and again... well you get the idea! I don't know why others were heavy maybe they needed to kneed them more, I beat mine to death, lol

These rolls reminded me of my childhood and the rolls my Aunt used to make. Very easy and simple and so light it will become a family staple.
