This was my first time cooking with fish and it was really good! I substituted a couple of ingredients because I didn't have them on hand. I used Haddock. I used bread crumbs instead of the buttery crackers and I used sparkling cider in place of the white wine since I didn't have any on hand. I think it would have been better using the white wine called for and the crackers would have given t a more buttery flavor. So the next time I make this I will make sure I have those missing ingredients.

This recipe is great! Real quick and easy. (Just be careful when broiling for those last couple minutes...definately keep an eye on it because the crackers burn easy! Highly recommended!
