Fresh, yummy and simple! Prepping does take some time but otherwise relatively fast. Also added some fresh chopped spinach just to sneak some greens in. Whole family enjoyed it! Adding to my recipe box!

As one of the other reviewers said, this is SUCH a GREAT way to use your summer tomatoes and basil! It's does not really have a "sauce" per say because it's pretty much a pasta salad. Not to say that it is not good, by ANY means, just to be prepared for that. It's very fresh, very tasty and very quick to make! Perfect for those "Dog Days" of Summer when you don't want to warm your kitchen up too much by cooking in the oven as nothing is cooked in this recipe except the pasta! I have made this twice already and it's been great each time! Will definately use again and again especially if I have impromptu guests! Thanks Bobby! :

This was surprisingly easy and delicious! The garlic plus the red pepper flakes makes the dish have a sort of zing that's great! Such a great way to showcase summer tomatoes.

This was an easy and fabulous recipe from things I had on hand. Go Bobby! I will make this all summer long... as my tomato plants deliver their goods.

Forget pasta sauce out of a jar- this no cook tomato "sauce" is delicious. Make it with whole grain pasta and you've got a fresh, healthy and awesome dish in minutes! I'll be making this one a lot. Don't skip the basil or garlic- and the basil has to be fresh. Yum!

Make sure to cook the pasta al dente. If you don't you will have mushy leftovers. Very good at room temperature or heated.
