Made this burger today and it was a big hit with the family! Followed the recipe and it sure doesn't need any condiments, it's already flavor packed and juicy. What a wonderful bunch of toppings for this burger. Our favorite topping were the hot peppers. Will make this recipe a lot in the future!!!

Don't listen to the other comment about not adding hot peppers....add what makes you happy. And hot peppers on a cheesesteak...delicious. And I'm from Philly.

I am from Philly and no one in Philly puts hot peppers on a Philly Cheese steak. If you want to call it a true philly burger, get rid of the hop peppers and you need a tomato or pizza sauce on top. Get it right.

This burger is fantastic. I was worried that it might lack flavor without adding anything more than salt & pepper to the meat, but it didn't. I followed the recipe exactly, and the burger came out juicy, cheesy, and delicious. It did not need any additional condiments!

This was a really delicious burger. I was a little leery of there not being any condiments, but the mix of the roasted red peppers, hot peppers and carmelized onions was perfect and made it very flavorful. A little too much cheese for my taste, one slice would have been plenty. I will definitely make these again!
