Holy Habanero this is awesome salsa! Perfect flavor; the pineapple, habanero and ginger are individual stars as well as partners in this salsa. I used 1/2 of a habanero and it provided just the right amount of heat/warmth to the salsa. The red and green onions are a nice compliment. You must grill the pineapple chunks to replicate the greatness of taste with this tortilla salsa. This will be a regular for the Summer season.

This Salsa is delicious and easy enough to make. Grilling the pineapple takes a bit of time but worth it. We couldn't stop eating this salsa - so good I wanted to eat it with a spoon instead of chips!
