Ingredients

  • 1 (12-inch) flour tortilla
  • 2 steamed, premium all-beef hot dogs
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1/3 cup chili
  • 3 slices crispy bacon
  • 2 tablespoons diced onions

Directions

On a flour tortilla, place all ingredients, in the order listed. Begin rolling-up tightly, folding top and bottom in and over the ingredients to form a sealed envelope.

    I used to get these at a local grocery deli counter close to 30 years ago. couldn't get enough of them. Steam the tortilla it will makeit easier to fold.

    I run have a Baritto dog that would put this to bed!! Make it the same way but add a sauce called Calispo sauce it is Jamacan it can be bought in Stop & Shop then put two doritos nacho chips on it and some cheddar cheese then fold it up and place it on a grill or fry pan in a small amount of bacon fat and crisp it up on both sides then it is the real deal. I have been making these for about a year and they are very popular

    This tasted fine, but I had problems wrapping it. It just easier to eat on a bun.
