This could not have been easier to make. After I split it and let it rest, I rolled one half into a traditional large pizza shape. The other half I split to make 2 smaller pizzas. The dough was crisper for the smaller ones. I did use the bread flour as suggested. Definately a keeper. My family raved.

This recipe was super good and so easy to make! What I did was I made Bobby's pizza dough and topped it with Tyler Florence's Sausage and Mozzarella pizza toppings and the Neely's Chicken Alfredo pizza toppings and then I threw them on the grill. It was very delicious!

Wow Bobby...this dough is amazing! I doubled the recipe and divided it into 4. With one dough, I made pizza. The pizza was amazing by the way. I also made a large pepperoni bread with one dough, which turned out superb. With the other 2 doughs, I made dough balls, deep fried them at 350 degrees and when brown, I tossed them in sugar. Little balls of heaven I must say. Thank you so much for the recipe! I will never buy another package of pizza dough. From now on, I am making your recipe, dividing the dough and freezing it! Thanks so much!

Yummy!! Easy!! No proofing the yeast, just dump everything into the mixer, blend, add water and you're done besides the rising. Baked them on pre-heated smokin' hot pizza stones in the oven. Killer! Hint: don't overdo it with the toppings and use sauce sparingly to keep it crispy instead of soggy.

Definitely use the bread flour -- this recipe is was tastier than Alton's version of grilled pizza/ flat bread dough.

good crust, and it was super easy to make. My 10 yr old daughter made it by herself, if that tells you how easy it is. And it tasted good too!

My 3 year old son and I have made this recipe twice and it was fun each time we made it. I don't have a stand mixer so I used a plastic spatula and it worked great. We added some Italian seasonings and honey to the mix.
