Great recipe! Hint, for a crispy crust, splurge on a pizza stone and skin. Preheat the stone in the oven while you assemble your pizza on the skin-mmmm:-P

I made this dough today for the first time...it came out great!
I rolled it out abit bigger than my pizza pan then added cheese and rolled the extra dough back over to make a stuffed crust.
my wife,mother and niece loved it too.

Not that I expect anything Bobby Flay cooks to be bad, this pizza dough does not disappoint. It was awesome! And it was simple which is very important to me. I whipped this up in no time and had beautiful homemade pizza sitting before me. Every bite was total bliss. No need to buy store bought when you can make this at home so easily. Once again, Bobby rocks.

This recipe was a grest help. I used half the dough for the pizza and the other half i froze to use another time. The Ingredients were so simple to put together and when i took it out the oven, it tasted great!
