    This is our go-to dough recipe! Comes out great ever time. For pizza parties, I divide the dough into smaller portions for individual build your own pizzas. Great interactive dinner party!

    I have tried so many pizza dough recipes. This is the BEST. It's easy and delicious. Texture is perfect, easy to handle. Didn't change a thing!

    Excellent easy recipe! I used 2 tsp of regular salt and didn't find it too salty like others said. This makes two pizza's.. we made one deep dish and one thin crust. Dough came out perfect!

    Very easy and great pizza crust.. This will be my go to recipe for pizza crust! I did proof my yeast in the water and surgar and then added that to my dry ingredients. It added a little garlic powder to the dough as well. I topped my pizza with pesto, portobello mushrooms, salami, zucinni, orange starburst tomatoes, fresh spinach, black olives and fresh mozzarella cheese... Healthy and and so delicious!!!

    I have used this this pizza crust several times now and each time has been a success. I have always had a hard time making a good pizza crust, that was until I found this recipe. I made this recipe this evening and used it to make Stromboli and my whole family (including my in-laws raved about how wonderful it was. The only thing I added to it was garlic infused olive oil instead of plain and I brushed it with a garlic egg wash that makes it brown up nicely. This will be the last pizza dough recipe I try because thanks to Bobby Flays recipe I have found the perfect match for my family of picky eaters.

    If I attempt this pizza crust and make the best pizzas of my life, it MUST be worth 5 stars... and ANYbody can do it. Divided into 2 dough balls. Made one pepperoni pizza for dinner Friday night. Stored the other ball in plastic wrap in the fridge over night. Rolled it out, loaded it with chopped fresh spinach, diced ham, chopped yellow sweet pepper, sliced mozzarella, scrambled egg (5 eggs with some Curt's table spice and a splash of Jimmie Mac's Mild Super Pepper Sauce, and topped with grated parmesan and a few shakes of dried parsley. Holy Moly! delicious! Oh, I did add a few sprinkles of Tastefully Simple's Garlic Garlic seasoning to the dough. This will be my go-to pizza crust from now on... and I've tried A LOT of pizza dough recipes. Thanks Bobby!

    Super easy! The crust rose a bit, so you can easily stretch it to three 13 inch pizzas. It held up to a lot of toppings and was really good the next day. Like the other reviews, I cut down a little on the salt just in case.

    Truly a wonderful pizza dough ! My husband loved it so much we had pizza twice this
    Week. I used only 1 tsp salt and add garlic salt, and alittle basil.
    FABULOUS !!! Please try you will love it.
