My family LOVES this recipe. I adore homemade pizza and nobody makes it like my grandma. I've tried so many recipes and nothing is quite right. This one however, though not being my grandmas recipe, is just as good if not better. Sometimes I switch it up and add garlic powder and garlic salt instead of kosher salt which gives a delicious garlicky crust which everyone loves. This recipe is my staple for pizzas and I use it every single time. I can't rave about it enough!

Watch that requested salt - Kosher salt is less potent as table salt. Follow the recipe exact on 1st run and it will change your pizza life! After that, get creative & change others' lives!!

I've made this twice now. It is AWESOME. So easy, and the dough is the very best. I made the dough and set out the toppings for my family. We divided the dough for individual pizzas, so evey one got what they wanted. I finally had some left over so I could freeze it, I want to see how it comes out after being frozen. I don't think I will ever buy pizza again. Thanks Bobby!

Got to love a recipe that impresses on the first try. All told, I used 3 cups of bread flour and 1 cup of AP flour. 3 1/2 in the mixer, and the last 1/2 cup was used in the kneading. And so easy - dump it in the mixer, toss it around a bit on the bench, then let it rise away. I did the first rise immediately, flattened it and cut into 4 portions, and did a second rise in the refrigerator for lunch the next day. Tasty, airy, and stretched thin the way I like it with no holes or tearing. We cooked one without drizzling with olive oil - do yourself a favor and run your oil around the edge - luscious!

I have tried several recipes for pizza dough and store bought and none were any good. This was amazing. I do the 3 1/2 cups of flour and must add extra water.
