Good. Did the trick. Not sure if pizza dough can really be spectacular? It is merely a vehicle for other amazingness. Saying that, this one served its purpose well. Oh and thank you down below for the cook time and temp. worked like a charm :

This was a solid pizza dough recipe and very simple. I used it to make pepperoni pizza monkey bread. Mighty delicious. Will try using it next time to make a round pie.

Loved the simplicity and ease of this recipe! I don't have a standing mixer with a dough hook, but a bowl and wooden spoon did me just fine. I made this a day ahead, let the dough rise once, cut it into individual pizza sizes and then stored it in the fridge overnight. 425 degrees fareinheight for 15 minutes and they were good to go!

i have made this dough a couple of times and it turned out well. i make the dough the day before i want to use it and let it rise in the fridge. this allows the yeast to form a better flavor. i will keep using it.

Very good pizza dough. I will never again need to buy packaged, just-add-water pizza dough. I didn't know at what temperature and for how long to bake, but I baked my pizza at 400 until it looked done. Also, I don't keep bread flour on hand, and I didn't want to buy a package for just one recipe, so I used all purpose flour.

This is the best pizza dough recipe I have tried thus so far. It is easy and has a great flavor. I use half bread flour and half King Arthur White Whole wheat.
