This is absolutely the best. Had friends over for grilled pizza night and of the 3 types of pizza we made, this was voted the best by everyone. The Robiola cheese added great flavor and texture and the lemon zest was an unexpected yummy addition for a pizza. We add a little prosciutto too which complemented the shaved asparagus. Will definitely make this again!
