I have made this sangria several times & everyone always loves it. It is very easy. I have used whatever inexpensive red I have on hand. I love it with the pomegranate juice, but I usually use cranberry pomegranate to cut the cost when I make a big batch. I also use whatever fruit I have on hand. Today, I added grapes, apple, orange, & lemon. This is delicious & you really can't go wrong.

Wonderful!!!! I absolutely love this sangria. It has been our go to cocktail/punch at every party or holiday get together for the past two years. Always a big hit!!! It can however, make for a rough morning so I would consider it a pre-dinner drink and not the drinking well. The problem being that it is so good you just keep going back for more. =

I made this to serve before dinner on Thanksgiving. It was delicious. I used a large bottle of store bought sangria and used that as the wine. I added everything else from the recipe.
I usually don't like red wine, but now that I've tried this recipe, it is my go to recipe for an exciting drink to serve at dinner or a party, or just to have as a glass of wine.

It was so good that I had to make another batch halfway through the party!!! I didnt have any extra pom juice so I used acai berry juice, and it was just as wonderful!!! I recommend doubling the batch if you have a lot of people coming over!

Made this with Pomegranate Blueberry concentrate for a Pampered Chef Party... It was such a hit my Girlfriend asked me to bring it to the summer kick off Pool Party... only thing I didn't include were the seeds... Not sure how much of a difference they woud make.. but will throw them in on the next go around... adding this to the favorites list..

Fruity and strong! I put it in a punch bowl for a New years party with orange slices around the bowl. It was pretty and everyone loved it. I liked that I could make it the day before. I just refreshed the punch bowl every so often with the pitcher that I kept in the fridge.

I just made this and now I can see why it has gotten rave reviews. This is my 3rd or 4th attempt to make a really tasty sangria and this recipe is by far one of the best. I cannot wait to taste it tomorrow at my Thanksgiving table. I fully expect to get fantastic reviews. I am famous for my eggnog at Christmas; now it's going to be Sangria too!!

I just made this for a girl's jewelry party ... we called it "Silpata & Sangria" ... WOW, what a hit! Several gals said they didn't like Sangria, but I had them try a taste and they were hooked. I had to give one of the gals my copy of the recipe that night ... she loves sangria and is making it for her family for Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this recipe. I quadrupled the recipe and put it in a large punch bowl ... I made an ice ring (in a jello mold out of part water, part Pom. juice and some grapes cut up, it made a pretty presentation. Enjoy ...
