I watched the show this a.m. and wanted to make these tonight--no way until someone helps me out. On TV, for the Kimchi, he added soy sauce, sesame oil, honey--not in the recipe but water is which I didn't see on TV. For the Kojuchang Sauce, on TV he added fish sauce--a few shakes, canola oil--looked like 1-2 Tb. I don't remember his adding sesame oil but it is in the recipe. I don't recall green onions anywhere. Would greatly appreciate some help with correct ingredients. I think they tried to cram too much into this show. Thanks.

2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 cup masa harina
    salt- didn't say how much
1 1/2 tsp yeast (one packet
    2 tsp honey-looked more like 2 tablespoons
    1 1/2 cup water
Put all in a mixer and mixed for "about 3 minutes" on speed 1
He was charring jalapenos to go in during this time, he finely chopped just 1 and blended it another minute in the mixer
Next shot was of the dough in a bowl, he said it had been sitting about an hour. He "punched it down", recovered it with a dish towel.
Next shot he says he let it rise again, rolled it out 1/2" or 3/8" thick, used a 4" ring mold, cut em out, let em rise "oh about 5 min" he says. Next he brushed both sides w/olive oil and placed them directly on the grill. He says nothing more about cooking them, the next time they're shown he's building the sandwich....there you go.

Did anyone catch the cornbread flatbread recipe that was made? It seems like it would make the meal.
