Loved this combination. I used on chicken tenders and with the pork I doubled the recipe to have a little sauce. I barbecued the pork 6min on all 4 sides and then let it rest 20min so moist. So good I am making it again for company tonight.

Excellent! Was on the hunt for something fresh and new to do with my pork cutlets...this was excellent! My husband (who doesn't really care for olives absolutely loved this dish- so much so he not only had seconds, but thirds! Thanks Bobby for sharing this little treasure!

The BEST pork tenderloin I have ever made. I have tried so many different marinades because my whole family loves pork tenderloin but its never been a favorite of my husband. He loved it! This recipe is awesome. The BEST. Thanks Bobby.

The salad was hands down our favorite !! I never would have guessed that I would prefer a salad over pork. Don't get me wrong the pork was super good but it needed the salad. Also, made the shrimp which I would highly recommend because the two sauces were so good and made the meal complete. Thank You Bobby you did use right tonight :o

Loved the combination of the pork with the salad. The warm tomato and radicchio grounded the salad and made it feel substantial. It's a well-balanced, satisfying, low carb meal. Note: I only had time to marinate the pork for an hour; I believe it would have been even more flavorful had it stewed longer.

Wonderful! The flavor was terrific, it wasn't overly salty like other marinades. The salad was wonderful, though I'd use less dressing next time. I prepped the pork the night before, so it had plenty of time to marinade. Tender and flavorful. Don't fear the anchovy paste, the dressing is not "fishy".

BEST pork tenderloin I've ever had. You will make this for company, for your family, and guard the leftovers with your life for sandwiches the next day.

My go-to "healthy" pork tenderloin recipe. (I omit the anchovy paste and substitute endive for radicchio. All of the ingredients balance perfectly on the palate ... the grill/marinade flavor of the meat ....with the olives and cucumbers....with the grill flavor of the tomatoes and endive....with the tart/slightly sweet salad dressing. Nice with a big Zin. Thanks Bobby!
