I made the mushrooms like he did on t.v and it was awesome. Everyone loved them! Just a note: I tripled the recipe because I made 12 mushrooms, and it made WAY too much stuffing. I could have got away with not tripling it at all and just leaving it alone. Everyone snacked on the extra stuffing anyway so it didn't go to waste!

This was wonderful, but...it is not the same as Bobby cooked on today's show. Consistency would be much appreciated.

I made this the other night, and it was devoured. It was easy to make and it tasted wonderful. We all loved the smokiness of the mozzarella. Off topic, I wish people would not ruin the rating of a recipe with rediculous comments like the music being bad. If you dont like it, turn it off!

I didn't see this episode, so I followed the online recipe and it turned out great! The second time that I made this, I used baby bellas and served them as a party appetizer. They were all inhaled. I thoroughly enjoyed the smokey flavor and next time, after the stuffed mushrooms are cooked, I'll finish by topping off the tomato with a little smoked salt .

The recipe is a tad confusing, but "top side" refers to the gill side and "cap side" is the rounded top side.

    I was confused with terms
    top side down
    cap side down
were terms accurate in the directions?

I made this dish the way Bobby did it on TV and it turned out great. The only difference was I used regular moz cheese, not smoked. Next time I may try spicy sausage for a little extra kick

I made these for a football game for a group of our friends and there was nothing left! My husband was in charge of the grilling and I did the rest. Takes a little time, but it was worth it!

The smoked mozzarella is pretty expensive and a bit overpowering, so I used half smoked mozzarella and half regular, and it came out great!
