Just because they're potato pancakes doesn't mean they're claiming to be Jewish. I think most people can tell that they're not kosher just by reading the title and noting that they contain both a meat and a dairy.
Anyway, I made these the other night and thought they were absolutely fabulous. The Mango Serrano Creme Fraiche was to die for and it tied the dish together perfectly. My boyfriend and I ate it all up. Love love love this recipe!

Just a note that this recipe, though it sounds tasty, isn't kosher. If you're not Jewish, but you're cooking for someone who is, keep looking -unless of course you already know that they do not follow a kosher diet.
