I love this recipe, so easy and so yummy. I've added a balsamic reduction sauce to it and melts in your mouth!

My daughter and I whipped this up in almost no time for a recent girls night. So easy it is , oddly enough, AMAZING! We used bay scallops. They almost melted in your mouth. Bravo!

I made this tonight for my husband and I and followed the recipe exactly. Instead of being crispy, the scallops were bare and all of the bread crumbs fell off and made a jumbled mess. The taste was still fine, but the presentation was horrible. I'd not even keep the recipe, but my husband loved the taste.

I made some modifications to it, since I didn't have any paprika in the house, and added some italian seasonings to the sautee mixture instead with a tiny dash of red cayenne pepper for a kick. It turned out great! The fresh garlic was so tasty in the mixture, and I cut down the margarine, too. Not sure why the bread crumbs kept falling off of the scallops towards the end of sauteeing, but I still would do the recipe again.
