This review is for the chipotle mignonette. I like that it has a nice spicy and latin flavor to it yet not too overpowering. It also has a really nice balance of flavors (sweet, salty/briny, sour and spicy. Really nice combo with oysters. If you like spice try this style of mignonette.

Like the other reviewer, I only made the Ginger Lime Relish. I had high expectations, however I also found it completely inedible. The flavor is extremely bitter and the lime is overwhelming and over powering, leaving no other discernible flavors. It would truly have been more pleasant to bite into a raw lime. I can only guess there is a mistake in the recipe. Perhaps the 2 cups of lime juice is wrong? I find it very hard to believe that Bobby Flay would approve of this recipe. Perhaps he will read these reviews and post a desperately needed correction...

I only made the one sauce, ginger-lime relish. It was awful, inedible and a complete waste of really good ingredients.
