This is a fantastic recipe! I've made it every year for our annual pig roast and people come for the pig and the sangria every year! I agree with the comment about adding blackberries and pomegranate seeds (too expensive--lemon, lime and orange slices work just fine. Very, very yummy, highly recommended!!

Thank you Bobby! This sangria is absolutely DELICIOUS! I made two batches because of the great reviews. The ingredients cost about $50.

Very Good. A bit strong, but for some that is a plus! My friends looked all around my kitchen to find something so they could take some home. Nuff said....

This is a jam packed with flavor sangria. The only warning I would say, is it is much stronger that your more traditional sangria. I was drunk after 2 glasses but it was hard to not drink it! It was so yummy! My guest were even getting tipsy. So if you don't want something as strong, I would make the more traditional one otherwise this is a wonderful recipe!

I have been looking for a sangria recipe and this was perfect! I have made it several times and have chosen to not include the pomogranite seeds or the blackberrys. They are pricy items that do not really add to the flavor. Great recipe!

I was in Barcelona and had Sangria. I thought I would never find a recipe as good as that. It was delicious I was right, I did not find anything as good as that, I found something that was BETTER. The best Sangria I have ever tasted and all my guests said the same thing! Easy, wonderful, delicious!

Delicious! Very easy to make. The best home-made I've had. We had a fajita & margarita fiesta at our home with about 30 guests. The sangria was a hit on its own (I made a triple recipe, but the favorite drink of the night was to fill a glass 1/2 and 1/2 with sangria and frozen margarita.

Every year we do a "girls weekend", and our tradition is to make Sangria. This year we tried this recipe and it was by far the best Sangria any of of have ever had. It is very easy to make too. We had to use Cran-Pomegranate Juice in place of straight Pom juice and skip the pomegranate seeds due to availabiltiy. It says it serves 8, but that is only if no one wants seconds...and the WILL, believe me!!
