    I have never cooked anything with anaheim chiles (they are only occasionally available in my midwest town. But the flavor of the marinade was just excellent! More people should try this.

    All I can say is that this was really good stuff... But I did not have Anaheim Chilies and I substituted it with smoked paprika(just because i love it... but regardless, it was delicious!

    This recipe was great, however I couldn't get enough salt on the meat before I grilled it. I used regular salt and maybe kosher salt with work better, but the flavors of the garlic and peppers were great. Thanks Bobby!
