This lovely dish did flavor dances in my mouth. I substituted tarragon for the chervil, since I couldn't source the fresh chervil.

Absolutely delicious! Followed the recipe exactly except I used arugula instead of watercress. If meyer lemons are not available or in season- an easy substitute is 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 orange juice. The combination of flavors was fantastic. I have used the lemon/honey mustard sauce on grilled salmon and chicken and it is equally delicious. Definitely a keeper!

After heeding the warning from other reviewers (thank-you! that the dijon honey sauce was too sweet, I used 2 Tbsp French's "Honey Dijon Mustard" (that's all I had and added about 1 tsp of honey to taste. I used a regular lemon because I didn't have Meyer Lemons so instead I compensated by adding blood orange olive oil to the goat cheese mixture and I tell you this was divine!!

Loved the combination of goat cheese with steak, but found the honey mustard a bit overpowering and unnecessarily sweet. If I make this again, I'll just top herbed goat cheese with a little squeeze of lemon.

Very interesting but AMAZING combination with the steak, goat cheese and honey mustard. Didn't have watercress so made a spinach, red pepper, and red onion (also tossed with honey mustard for a side! Interested to try this on Veal or lamb too?!?

Yum is right! This was absolutely fabulous. The flavors blended so well - my guests were blown away. I also used arugula instead of the watercress. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

We tried this recipe on the 4th of July. We adore grilled rib eyes and usually serve with a traditional salsa. As this was my 1st Bobby Flay recipe & I was not sure about trying for the holiday. But everyone adored it! Who knew, goat cheese, vinaigrette and arugula (instead of watercress would be so good with the rib eyes! Thanks Bobby!
