Like the first review, I also found this to be a very thick, fairly tasteless mess. My wife regualrly makes gravy for buscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast. This queso had the same consistency of the gravy she makes! Good on biscuits, not so good on tortilla chips. Like the other reviewer, I tried thinning this only I used more milk, and tried adding more flavor using some chopped jalapenos and cumin. It helped some, but still not a vey appealing dip. A waste of $3.00 worth of monterry jack cheese!

This was awful. It turns to paste. It has no flavor. I added a little sherry to try and loosen it up, with no luck. Maybe 1/2 the flour would work better. I was very diassapointed.
