These are the best brussels sprouts I have ever had! I served these at Christmas and they were devoured. One of our friends, who doesn't like brussels sprouts, asked for seconds! You really must try these.

This is the best side dish. Perfect for an elegant dinner party but easy enough for a busy weeknight meal! Thanks Bobby.

My wife made these last night. By far the best brussel sprouts I have ever eaten. But bacon (pancetta does make just about everything better. These are great if you are a picky veggie eater.

This is the best Brussels Sprout dish I have ever tasted. I believe that people who claim that they don't like them, have never had them cooked properly, such as this dish. I omitted the potatoes, as to keep it low carb. I make this recipe all the time, as it's a new staple in my house. Whenever I cook them for someone new, I get rave reviews. Thanks, Bobby! Well done!

Made this for a small easter dinner (just my husband and a friend. Made mashed potatoes so only used 1 lb of the sprouts, 3 slices bacon cut in lardons, and 1 large shallot with lemon zest. Followed technique of sauteeing then roasting sprinkling with bacon and it was DELICIOUS! My husband ate half before we even started dinner and he and his friend fought over the other half. Only bad thing - I just got a couple bites!

Hands down, the easiest and tastiest brussel sprout recipe you can make, even if you're not a fan of the Brussel Sprout, you will eat this, my kids love it, you can definitely substitute the pancetta with bacon.

My wife made this for my birthday, with the addition of chopped garlic. Awesome recipe!
