Amazing! I made this as a side dish during Thanksgiving last year, and the whole family begged me to make it again next year! Who knew Brussel Sprouts were such a crowd pleaser??

I made this for Christmas Day dinner and it turned out Mmmm mmm m! It was a hit and everyone gobbled it down! I followed the directions to a T, and it was delicious! It was the hit of the dinner, next to the Parm Chicken!

My husband love brussels sprouts and I generally don't but we both loved this. I didn't have pancetta but being southern, I did have country ham and it worked well. Also I had an assortment of fingerling potatoes that I substituted. This worked too.

A new Thanksgiving tradition! Skipped the potatoes since mashed were already on the menu, but otherwise followed the recipe. Kids LOVED them. Had a super moist and yummy turkey and several people said the brussel sprouts were the best part of the meal. Thanks again Bobby!!

Even people who think they don't like brussels sprouts will love this recipe. So easy to make and you just can't miss with roasted vegetables. I substituted a sweet potato for the regular potatoes as I made this for Thanksgiving and it was really delicious. I did pop the potatoes into the the microwave for just a few minutes to give them a head start as I knew they would take longer than the sprouts to roast. Everyone raved. You won't be disappointed.

Spot on fabulous! Got busy with other things at Thanksgiving and roasted them a little too long and they were still the best Brussels sprouts we all ever had. I did use prosciutto because it was all I could find at the market. EVERYONE wanted the recipe! Thanks Bobby, it's now a family tradition.

Delicious! I used prosciutto instead of pancetta and I added a little olive oil when I added the potatoes and the brussel sprouts to the pan to toss. Really flavorful - a keeper for sure!
