This was such a delicious dish. I bought all the ingredients for Thanksgiving but didn't get a chance to cook it because I had so many other dishes. I just made this dish last night and loved the combination of ingredients. I would have never thought of the lemon. It added a nice touch and the perfect acidity. Thanks, Mr. Flay.

Great addition to the Thanksgiving dinner! I think next time I'll cut the Yukon gold potatoes in smaller pieces or cook them a little in some boiling, salted water so the dish will come together faster. I forgot to buy pancetta, but had some amazing apple smoked bacon that was just fine. I like the idea of the last review of substituting butternut squash for the potatoes--butternut squash and brussels sprouts are naturals together. Thanks!

Enjoyed by all at our Thanksgiving dinner. We substituted butternut squash for the potatoes and pastrami chunk for the pancetta

Fantastic sprouts. The lemon juice was just the perfect finishing touch. Thanks Bobby!

Really delicious. I don't feel like you need the potatoes or all of that pancetta though. I mixed mine with bacon. I will make these again.

Amazing dish. I let them roast a little longer than the recipe calls for....but YUM!

I hadn't liked brussel sprouts since I had some poorly made ones as a youth. I made this recipe and fell in love with them! If only mother's introduced them to kids using this recipe EVERYONE would love brussel sprouts! I gave a taste to a friend at work, and she said she loves them and is going to turn her Chef hubby onto them this way as well! Thanks Bobby this made a birthday dinner a true culinary success!
