Loved it, fixed for Thanksgiving and the family gobbled it up, no pun intended, lol! My dad made it for Christmas, adding a little of his own flavor!

This dish is very good. I added carrots in case I didn't like the brussels sprouts and I loved everything. I served this with Rachael's Ray's Delmonico Steak and Ina Garten's Summer Fruit Crostata and everything was delicious.
Thanks for a wonderful side dish.

I have made this recipe 3 times now, and always to rave reviews. I follow the recipe as written and the flavors and textures are great. I've never had a problem with the sprouts being "bitter" as expressed by a former reviewer.
How to take a lo-cal veggie and add fat to it, oh well... I'll make it and eat it again!

I skipped the potatoes & swapped bacon for the pancetta - stil DELICIOUS! I have made a brussels sprouts lover of three family members with this recipe.

My husband and I made this recipe last night and it was delicious and very easy to prepare. We swapped out the pancetta with bacon and it still turned out perfectly.

You MUST like brussel sprouts to like this dish. I love brussel sprouts but roasting them brings out the bitterness. I will make this again substituting pearl onions and no brussel sprouts. Love the flavor of the pancetta and the potatoes tho. Was well worth the try and I loved watching this episode. Thanks Bobby!
