I made this for a cookout and it didn't go over too well....eveyone kind of picked at it. It turns a terrible dark purple verging on black color due to the balsamic sauce. I should have just grilled the sweet potatoes, added some seasoning to them and called it a day. The onions and sauce were just way too much going on.

Made this for a potluck & it went over semi-well. Perhaps if it were served hotter, would've been better. It's a nice mix of flavors but our experience was it didn't hold up well for serving. A good recipe, tho. Especially if you've a mind to tweak it as you taste. Very easy to make!
