This is great, though I did substitute Italian bread crums for the panko bread crums called for, and modified a few other items. Still, the base recipie is fantastic and a great place to start building your meatloaf.

Although I thought the meat loaf was fantastic, I really felt overwhelmed with the amount of prep time it took me. I am not very good with a knife, so all of the chopping took me a lot longer then most folks. I would definately try this receipe again.

This meatloaf took some extra time to prepare, but it turned out to be absolutely, positively, the most mouth-watering, eat-until-you-can't-eat-anymore, meatloaf that my family and friends have ever had in all of this World!! "Forks up!" to Bobby Flay!!!! Carol W., Waldorf, MD
