WOW, this was great. I love the topping too. A BIG hit with the whole family. They are asking for more.

I really thought I would like this better, but I wasn't blown away like some others. The glaze was good, and it was very moist, but I didn't care for the flavor as much as others. I think the veggies in it threw it off for me.

I've had to make this twice in the last week, because it's so darn good. I halved the recipe, and only used 1 pound of ground turkey, so even healthier (and easier. The main change from the recipe is I did need to add more breadcrumbs due to the moisture of the ground turkey. I did also add onion to the zuchini mixture. The glaze is to die for! Who would have thought something so simple would make it so incredible! My partner doesn't even ask for gravy (like he normally does with meatloaf. Be careful on the red chili pepper -- it spices up very quickly and with very little. Also, to confirm (and per the TV show, it's 350 for 60-75 mins.

I thought that I used to make a "mean" meatloaf but until I used Bobby Flay's recipe, I didn't know what good meatloaf was. This recipe is OUTSTANDING!

The glaze is fantastic and really transforms the meatloaf to something delicious. I only had ground beef to make my meatloaf with, but it didn't seem to make a difference. You really do need to put parchment under the loaf though because your pan will be ruined otherwise. Great recipe.

I thought this recipe would be decent; I had no idea it would be this good. I am now sorry I invited so many people to dinner, very small amount of leftovers. I served it with Giada's baked mash potatoes which are also delicious. The glaze is fantastic.
