    Gives a nice variation from the same ole same. My husband came home on leave and LOVED this meatloaf .. better than his mothers. =

    I've always been afraid of meatloaf but I couldn't resist this recipe..it is so easy to make and the meatloaf comes out so juicy, tender and full of flavor...who knew meatloaf could taste this good!

    I have always struggled to get my kids to eat meatloaf. They loved this one! It was easy and delicious. So much better than the old fashion version.

    Everybody liked this meatloaf. I thought it was a bit too crumbly and maybe more breadcrumbs would have helped.

    Warning - the glaze went under the parchment and is stuck to my cookie sheet. I would use a fully wrapped, double layered, foil or disposable pan next time. Going to use the power sprayer just to clean or throw the pan away:(

    This is the best meatloaf I have EVER had! It was so moist and flavorful. I have already forwarded the recipe to all my friends! I think this will the the covered dish I will take to all future functions. I can not say enough about this meatloaf. Truly fantastic.
