I loved this recipe, marinated the chicken early in the morning and let it sit all day. It was a new way of grilling chicken for me (great for show if your entertaining
The chicken was delicious, very flavorful and it was tender and moist.
I even mixed in lime juice and orange juice it's all good!!!

Great flavor - and placing the brick on the chicken while bbq-ing is a great tip. Loved it!

I am a caterer always looking for unusual ways to impress my clients. This looked like fun. The chicken was very juicy and the skin was crisp. But this dish was lacking in the flavor department. Even after a day of marinade. The grill flavor was very pronounced but the garlic, lemon and rosemary was lost. I'll try again.

Excellent and easy grilled chicken. Instead of two ~3 lb chickens, used one ~7 lb free range chicken; the larger chicken took more like 8~10 min per side...times 2 turns each.

At my house, "What's for chicken?" could be the question about dinner almost any night of the week. My children LOVE roasted chicken. Who wants to turn on the oven on hot afternoons in the spring or summer.
This was not only an alternate, it is the best way I have ever made a whole chicken to please my little chicken lovers! Quick and easy!! No heat in the house. I share this with mom's at the market, soccer, ballet... Great for us and anyone who is busy but wants to make a wholesome, healthy and delicious meal for their family. Outstanding!! Variation galore with the marinade for different flavors! Thanks Bobby!
