    This awful excuse for a recipe was a disaster from the very start. The wine, olive oil and chicken stock combination exploded all over my kitchen and scorned my precious face also. I advise everyone to steer clear of this recipe or any like it. 3rd degree burns will ensue.

    I am still tying to understand what was easy! The chicken was good, but the sauce takes a tremendous amount of work and was a disappointment for our family of 5. The galette came out gray in the middle.

    Bottom line to much work for too little flavor.
