Great, easy quick dinner without a ton of ingredients. Most of the ingredients are staples in the pantry, so a great meal to make without a ton of prep and shopping that is delicious, easy, and one you will want to keep in your "go to" recipe index. I also did not cook it on the grill. I cooked it in a cast iron skillet on the gas stove, basically exactly as the recipe called for, and it was cooked perfectly and so delicious. You won't be disappointed!

This was delicious. I read the recipe and decided to double it, boy am I glad that I did. My family loved it and kept adding more sauce on top. They told me to make sure that I saved this! We are going to smoke salmon this weekend and use this as a finishing glaze. Can't wait.
