So fast to make, and absolutely delicious! I don't own a grill, so I dipped the salmon in the glaze, laid it in a heavy cast iron skillet, poured the rest of the glaze over the top, and put it under the broiler in my oven. It was done in 6 minutes and the glaze had made a delicious crust.
I made sauteed green beens to go with it, the whole meal took 10 minutes to prepare from start to finish!
I don't often make the same recipe twice, but I jotted this one down for future use :

I had an important lunch today and wanted to impress. This recipe certainly did it!! At lunch I gave away my printed copy of the recipe and by dinner time I had to recite it by memory to 2 other people who heard about the delicious lunch. I did use Tilapia under the broiler for convenience and it worked out great! The friend that I gave the recipe to during lunch made it with chicken for dinner and said it was yummy!! Bobby I want to be just like you when I grow up, I'd just like to remain in my thirties and still be a fabulous black female : Sincerely, "Bobb-alena"

WOW!!! Awesome! Even marinated some shrimp in the extra sauce and grilled. Yum!!!! Will say I'm afraid to flip the fish and put the meat on the grill...so, I didn't. And, cooked the salmon on foil, skin side down, for easy clean up.

This recipe was amazing. I didn't have enough poupon mustard, so I did half of that and half brown spicy mustard. I'm not sure how much it changed the recipe or not, but it was super tasty. This is a really easy and quick recipe as well. I also used olive oil on the fish as opposed to vegetable oil, but that's just because we prefer olive over vegetable.

This recipe was awesome. Followed the ingredients to the letter, and grilled on both sides until done to perfection. Quick, simple and tasty. Served with rice pilaf and salad with honey mustard dressing, goat cheese, cran-raisons. Yum! Definitely a keeper!

I didn't have the ginger and we used the sauce on the side as a pour over so I omitted the olive oil, but this was a huge hit with the two salmon lovers in my house!!! Can't wait to try this glaze on a pork roast next!!

This was a delcious glaze on the fish. Added less glaze to whole fish as did not want it to be too sweet. Served remaining sauce on the side.

This is a great recipe. I have had trouble cooking salmon at home that has been tasty and not overly cooked. This one worked for me.
