My new boyfriend only eats fish, and we just had this for dinner. The recipe was easy to follow. Simple ingredients and quick to prepare.

Really good flavor - the dijon and ginger go well together. I did cut the fat and eliminated the butter - used 1 T water instead. Flavor was excellent!

This recipe was so good, I just made an account here so that I can post a review. I must agree...It is a GREAT recipe! When I first used it on the salmon my eyes just lit up. I'm not a grill master so I actually used Bradel's review and cooked the salmon in the broiler with the same directions. I had glaze left over so we used it on steak and chicken kabobs and it was especially good on the veggies. My husband used it on chicken last night and then also used the chicken on a salad and he loved it. The glaze is awesome. You must try it. O and I didn't use ginger b/c we didn't have any. I was afraid that it would be too sweet but it wasn't. We have used it 3 times in the last week and we are going to use it tonight again.

I made this recipe tonight and it was definitely delicious! Since there was snow on the ground, due to a spring winter storm, I didn't use our grill. I took the suggestion of another review which used the broiler. Baste, cook 3 minutes, baste, cook 5 minutes. It was done perfectly with a wonderful crispy glaze. Can't wait to make this on the grill when the salmon gets that smokey taste. this is a keeper!
