I'm always looking for a new way to fix salmon and this one is a real keeper. Had leftovers in a salad the next day and it was just as good cold. I'll be giving this recipe to my son who is an avid fisherman and has salmon in his freeezer all the time.

'Wish I could give this more than 5 stars. I have made this several times w/consistant results. The sauce is to die for and the fish turns out perfectly cooked every time.

Really enjoyed this one.Did it in a hot oven instead of the grill, but will be sure to try it in better grilling weather. Very easy, and the only thing I had to get that wasn't already in my pantry was the ginger, which I'm glad I didn't omit.

My guests loved it...I loved it! I baked it at 425 for 14 minutes...turned out perfect. This sauce rocked! My guests want the recipe...I'm telling them it is a secret...but I'll share it for a price! <wink>

We use this recipe all summer--especially when we can get wild Coho salmon. My daughter's favorite dish.
