I was very afraid of cooking salmon because I've never had. When I finished it was amazing!! It is so, so, easy and delicious. I will definitely cook salmon again!! Thank you Bobby.

My husband and I made it two weekends in a row. We then decided to have a dinner party the third weekend-- and we made it again. It's easy to make and so delicious!! It's great with asparagus and rice.

I grew up in Alaska and have had salmon prepared in a thousand different ways. This is one of the best. My son, who never finishes anything, cleaned his plate and asked for seconds.

We have been getting great frozen fillets of salmon and a really good price from our local supermarket and this easy to follow recipe has made salmon a BIG hit around our house! Thanks Bobby!

This recipe was absolutely fantastic! You don't need to be a huge salmon fan to enjoy this either. It was so tasty and so easy to make! I can't wait to make it for my next dinner party! I highly recommend trying it- you won't be sorry!

The sauce was so easy to make and it tasted great with grilled salmon! We made on alteration to the recipe-we used hot mustard and it was fantastic! WE saved the leftover salmon and sauce and put it on top of a bed of greens the net day and it was still good!
