Great recipe, easy and quick. Does not take an hour and forty five minutes! It's is a great sauce and a wonderful variation for salmon! It was a big hit with my family!

Loved this recipe. Too cold to grill so I baked in oven at 425. Combined with the Mirin cucumber salad. Yummy!!!!!!

This was so delicious! Just made it tonight for dinner. My family loved it! I marinated a large salmon fillet in the glaze for about 15 min., then baked in oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 min. Will certainly make this one again! Thanks, Bobby!

I am also not a big salmon fan, but this recipe was really tasty. We really like it made it last evening for a lower fat meal before Christmas!

I was never really a salmon fan. In fact, I began eating salmon because of my ten year old son. He would always order salmon when we would go out to eat so I decided try this recipe instead of spending money at a restaurant and I have to say that I was pleased. I tried this recipe for my husband and son and Big Daddy's recipe (blackened salmon w/ blue cheese for myself and his cooking technique. I received two thumbs up. Oh yeah, I used less dijon mustard than recommended for Bobby Flay

Very tasty! Will definitely make again. I marinated the fish in the sauce and then cooked the fish and had tons of sauce left for more glaze topping. It was really easy!!

WE LOVE THIS SALMON!!! My son eats everything but I never heard him ask for food so much.... I would say like twice a week, he asks me when are WE GOING TO HAVE THE SALMON AGAIN!!!! This recipe is so good and it is also great for those that are not meat eaters. Make this for the holiday and it will complement your holiday dinner. ENJOY! :
