This was delicious. I started it on the stove, then put it under the broiler, put some more of the sauce on it, then finished it on the stove. The skin come out nice and crispy, and the sauce was amazing. I was afraid that it would be too mustardy for me, but it wasn't at all.

My husband doesn't even like salmon that much but he absolutely LOVES it with this glaze. Thanks for another home run Bobby!

This is a pretty good recipe. Even though I liked it I wasn't blown away by it. I gave it 4 stars because when I made it for Christmas dinner, my family really loved it and asked for the recipe.

I will make it again but with a little more brown sugar and a little less dijon mustard.

This is absolutely the best salmon dish we have ever had.
It is obvious why you are an Iron Chef. Every recipe of yours
I have tried is a keeper for our family. Just made the creamed Kale
with caramelized shallots, the kale fresh from our friend's garden. Sooooo
good. Love your throw-down show also. Never miss Iron
chef, like it best when you are on. Thank you for making our taste buds so happy.

This is an incredible recipe. I make salmon about 2 times a week and most of the time I use this recipe. I usually double it up and keep in in the refrigerator for an easy no fuss dinner prep. One change I have made that puts this over the top... I bake my salmon fillets for about 10 minutes (I usually cover them with foil so they stay nice and moist then I pop them under the broiler for about 5 minutes until the glaze carmelizes a little bit... fabulous! Everyone loves it! Thanks for the awesome recipe!

SO so good! We made it on a weeknight, and it was fairly quick and easy. Instead of waiting for it to cool (we were really hungry! I created an icebath for the pot, and stirred while it cooled. Viola!

I added a little garlic to the recipe, it was unreal. A huge hit!
