This is the best Salmon recipe ever! Very easy to make. The glaze provides the perfect blend of flavors.

Best salmon recipe that I have made, ever. We used a cedar plank and grilled for about 12 minutes on medium/medium-low heat. I will make this again and again. I did not bother with cooking the butter/honey/brown sugar -- i just melted the butter in the microwave and mixed all of the glaze ingredients together. Then I let marinate for about 4 hours. Wonderful!

YUM! This was very good, cant wait to get more salmon & make this for guests! I made it acording to the recepie & basted it on the salmon while grilling it, then I microwaved the rest till it became a syrup & served it over the salmon. My husband & I loved it. Thank you Bobby

My mindset was to prepare a quick and healthy meal as I was searching for a good brown sugar and mustard glaze for some salmon steaks I had. I'm happy I stumbled upon this one. I had all the ingredients so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did! I was worried it was going to be too sweet but the ginger and soy sauce really balanced everything. I cut the recipe in half because it was a dinner for 2. I also baked it instead of grilled it (15 min @ 425 and it gave it a nice carmelization. I will make this glaze again for my salmon when I want a break from my lemon-caper recipe.

We used this on steelhead filets this evening, and I was so impressed with the taste! This glaze goes in my recipe box.

The sauce is good, but it lacks that special kick. Bobby Flay is an excellent chef, but we were expecting more excitement in our taste buds than this recipe delivered.

Yummy! I had a small salmon filet and needed a quick glaze or sauce. I didn't have any ginger and since its freezing I used the broiler instead of the grill. It was easy to make and I also found that it was important to let the sauce cool before putting it on the fish. (It thickens A+

Delicious! It just so happened that I had all of the ingredients in the house, so I chose this recipe and it was a HUGE hit. Served up simply with green beans and rice, it's a great meal!

So I'm a new wife and I needed to start cooking. So what better place to look for recipes than The Food Network. I LOVE Bobby Flay and started searching and found this recipe. I went out and bought all the ingredients and followed it to the T. It came out FABULOUS, the flavors were absolutely perfect!! I would have never thought of them. It was sooo good, my husband and I enjoyed it a lot. So I successfully cook our first dinner. Thank you Bobby Flay, the standards are set high now...lol...Great Recipe!!!
