    Made this for Christmas morning brunch -absolutely delicious! I did use reduced fat milk and it was fine; also dried sage as had no fresh on hand. Served simply with fresh blueberries and raspberries. Just emailed this to my brother as well! A keeper.

    This sandwich makes you want to get up in the morning. If I have any criticism it would be that cooking this recipe requires a lot of pans--but it was so worth it.
