I, many years ago went to Hong Kong and enjoyed the most deliilious Beggars Chichen. Can you get the recipe and share with your views??? I do not know the name of the restaurant - but please, please, try to find this recipe. You and your viewers will love it.

The chicken had good flavor and the mushrooms added an interesting and different element to your basic potatoes. I cut the amount of butter in the potato recipe and we still felt like our potatoes were swimming. The prep time on the potatoes is very time consuming so prepare your schedule accordingly.

This is not only easy to do, it has flavors that have people sucking the chicken bones hoping for more and scraping their plate to get the last bit. The combination of flavors is uniquely wonderful and the presentation is lovely also - try the chicken with mashed potatoes if you don't have the time for the mushroom ones or if you have someone who doesn't eat mushrooms (poor them! and it still holds up well - but this recipe is heaven.
