perfect, made kale my new favorite veggie. I've made it with red wine and white wine vinegar and both work great. Also, I have not made it with the vegetable broth, but the water was just fine. Thanks Bobby!

This is so delicious! The red wine vinegar cuts the bitterness of the kale.

Husband and I loved this recipe! I used balsamic vinegar rather than the red wine and added sauteed onions. Will definitely make it again!

This recipe is awesome! Great way to get greens with lots of flavor into your new favorite recipes. Leaves spinach in the dust.....

This was a big nothing!! Very disappointing. Kale is hard to make tasty and this didn't make it.

This was my first time cooking kale and I had no idea where to start. Taking this recipe as a base, I added one sweet onion, and added in an extra clove of garlic. I started to carmelize my onions before I added the garlic. I used the water, not broth and balsamic vinegar instead of red wine. The end product was delicious, so much that I wanted to make some more immediately. Big hit with everyone! Thanks!
